Please note the following for TrackMyFone WhatsApp monitoring:
· The target Android device needs to Rooted
· WhatsApp needs to be running in the processes of the device, and the user needs to be signed in
If your data is still not uploading, follow the below protocol:
· Make sure the device has an active Internet connection
· Allow up to 24 hours for the data to upload
· Make sure the WhatsApp is running on the target device and that the user is signed in
