10. Under what conditions can I use TrackMyFone?

TrackMyFone’s Terms of use and End User Licensing Agreement does not allow you to install the app onto devices that you don’t own. Devices can only be monitored after permission from all the users and informing them that there devices are being monitored. Anyone who fails to do so will be breaking Federal and State laws. TrackMyFone will provide full cooperation to investigating authorities in case of any allegations concerning misuse. Consult your legal adviser for any queries about your specific circumstances.
