10. Location history

Kindly note that in order for this feature to work, the Location Services of the target phone need to be enables. These include WiFi, GPS and Cell Tower.

In case of iPhone or iPad, please note that Location Services need to be enabled for devices up to iOS 7. Due to some firmware settings, devices over iOS 7 need to have Mobile Data and WiFi enabled.

If your data is still not uploading, follow the below protocol:

·         Make sure the device has an active Internet connection

·         Allow up to 24 hours for the data to upload

·         Make sure the target device has Location Services enabled

If the data still does not upload, contact our Customer Support agents immediately.
